Sleep more and Stress less

I drink 3-4 liters of water daily. Sleep more (7-8hours) and stress less (Meditation/YOGA/ Pranayama) is my MANTRA.



Stress Reduction:

  1. Decreased Inflammation: Stress can trigger inflammation in the body, leading to skin issues such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Reducing stress helps minimize these flare-ups.

  2. Balanced Hormones: Stress affects hormone levels, including cortisol, which can increase oil production and lead to breakouts. Managing stress helps balance these hormones, reducing skin problems.


Adequate Sleep:

  1. Cell Regeneration: During sleep, the body repairs and regenerates cells, including skin cells. Adequate sleep supports this process, helping to heal damage and maintain a healthy complexion.

  2. Collagen Production: Sleep promotes collagen production, which is essential for skin elasticity and firmness. This helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

  3. Reduced Puffiness: Proper rest helps minimize under-eye bags and puffiness, contributing to a refreshed appearance.

  4. Improved Circulation: Sleep enhances blood flow to the skin, delivering essential nutrients and oxygen that contribute to a healthy glow.
