Daily Ritual


  1. Daily Routine: I cleanse my face, neck and body with ANSH SOAP followed by ANSH SERUM as my after-bath oil.

  2. Skin Condition: If my skin is extremely dry I use 3-4 drops of ANSH SERUM on my face; if it's Oily I use just 1 drop.

  3. Observations: I record noticeable changes, improvements or issues like breakouts, irritation or rashes daily. Improvements are welcome but if I encounter any breakouts I cross-check my diet and sleep cycle.

  4. Diet and Lifestyle: I include superfoods in my diet such as Avocado, Blueberries, Flax Seeds, Chia seeds, Almonds and more. I drink 3-4 liters of water daily. Sleep more (7-8hours) and stress less (Meditation/YOGA/ Pranayama) is my MANTRA.


  5. Weather and Environment: I eat seasonal fruits and take good care of my skin before going to bed by applying ANSH NIGHT CREAM everyday night allowing my skin to repair and nourish itself while I sleep.

  6. Reflections: I always pay attention to what works and what needs adjustment in my routine. This helps me make informed decisions about my skincare regime.
